This Privacy Policy applies to the Site and any other personal information obtained when you call, email, or otherwise communicate with the Company. By accessing the Site on any computer, mobile phone, tablet, or other device (collectively, "Device") or otherwise interacting with the Company, you agree that you are subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of the Policy, please do not use the Site. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, and will post the current version on the Site. The Site and our services are directed to U.S. residents. Nonetheless, you may be viewing the Site from outside of the U.S. While this Privacy Policy fully complies with U.S. laws, it does not comply with every foreign country's privacy laws.

III. Information We Collect Automatically.

When you visit the Site, we may collect certain information from you, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, MAC address, browser type, operating system, Device-identifying information, the specific web pages visited immediately preceding your connection, and the domain name from which you accessed the Site. In addition, we may collect information about your browsing behavior, such as the date and time you visit the Site, the areas or pages of the Site that you visit, the amount of time you spend viewing the Site, the number of times you return to the Site and other clickstream data. We may also use non-personal or aggregated information for statistical analysis, research, and other internal purposes.

For instance, the Company uses third-party analytics tools (currently Google Analytics) to collect and analyze anonymous statistical data, e.g., geographical information, namely country, state, and city where the user is located. This data helps the Company meet user needs, understand web traffic patterns and identify opportunities to improve the quality of the Site. The Company uses anonymous, aggregated data for internal purposes and discloses it to our employees and contractors who have a "need-to-know" in the performance of their official duties. Google Analytics uses a persistent cookie to store a unique, randomly assigned identifier for each user. The persistent cookie remains on users' computers for two years or until it is deleted. Additionally, Google Analytics uses session cookies to facilitate sending data to Google Analytics. Google Analytics does not receive Personal Information through these cookies and at this time, the Company has no intention of selling this information.

It will contain some anonymous information such as a unique identifier, a website's domain name, and some digits and numbers. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your Device. We typically communicate through email. Even if you opt-out of receiving these messages, we reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services we provide, and we may send you service announcements and administrative messages. We do not offer you the opportunity to opt-out of receiving those communications.

VI. Disclosure of Information.

Use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Nonetheless, we may disclose information collected from and about you as follows: (1) to our related companies and service providers, to perform a business, professional or technical support function for us; (2) as necessary if we believe that there has been a violation of the Site Terms of Use or of our rights or the rights of any third party; (3) to respond to legal process (such as a search warrant, subpoena or court order) and provide information to law enforcement agencies or in connection with an investigation on matters related to public safety, as permitted by law, or otherwise as required by law; and (4) in the event that our Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired, or there is a re-structuring, your personal information may be one of the transferred assets. IX. Children.

The Company complies fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The Site is not directed to children (anyone under 13 years of age), nor do we knowingly solicit or collect any personal information from children without verifiable parental consent. If we discover that we have received any personal information from a child, we will investigate promptly and then delete such information from our system if warranted. If you are a parent or legal guardian of a child and you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us promptly using the contact information detailed in the "Contact Us" section below. Parents and legal guardians always have the right to inspect any information that we may have inadvertently collected from their child, and have the right to have us delete it.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, such as social media sites, i.e., Facebook and X (formerly Twitter), which may have privacy policies that differ from our own. We are not responsible for the activities and practices that take place on these third-party websites. Accordingly, we recommend that you review the privacy policies posted on any external website before disclosing any personal information. This Site uses affiliate links. This means we may receive a commission if you purchase a product through a link on our Site. This comes at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, a cookie may be placed on your browser to track your clicks for affiliate marketing purposes. We may also collect information about your browsing activity on our site to understand which products are popular with our customers. This information is used to track sales generated through our affiliate links and to manage our affiliate marketing program. a. California Privacy Rights Disclosure.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), and the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) provide you additional rights with respect to your personal information. b. Connecticut Data Privacy Rights.

Connecticut’s Public Act No. 22-15, An Act Concerning Personal Information Privacy and Online Monitoring, affords consumers rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of personal information collected, as well as the right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising, certain sales, or profiling.

c. Utah Consumer Privacy Rights.

The Utah Consumer Privacy Act (UCPA) provides Utah residents the right to access and delete their personal data, obtain a copy of their information, and opt out of its use for specific purposes.

d. Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act.

The Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) allows residents to confirm whether we process their personal data, correct inaccuracies, delete their information, obtain copies, and opt out of the use of data for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

e. Colorado Protect Personal Data Privacy Act.

The Colorado Protect Personal Data Privacy Act (SB21-190) grants residents the right to access and delete their data, to opt out of collection or processing for certain purposes, and to restrict secondary uses of personal data.

f. Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act.

The Delaware Personal Data Privacy Act (HB-154) gives residents the right to know what personal data is collected about them, access that information, correct mistakes, and request deletion of their data.

g. Iowa Consumer Data Protection Act.

Iowa’s Consumer Data Protection Act (ICDPA) gives residents the ability to access, correct, view, and delete personal data collected about them.

h. Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act.

The Montana Consumer Data Privacy Act (MCDPA) requires companies to obtain consent before processing personal data and allows residents to access, correct, delete, or copy their information, and opt out of data used for targeted advertising.

i. Oregon Consumer Privacy Act.

The Oregon Consumer Privacy Act (SB-619) provides residents with the right to access, delete, opt out of certain processing, and obtain a copy of their stored personal information.

j. Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (HB‑04F) allows residents to confirm if their data is processed, correct inaccuracies, delete their information, obtain copies, and opt out of its use for targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

XIV. Access, Correction, & Deletion.

We respect your right to access and correct your personal information. You may exercise your rights, subject to applicable laws, to request that we delete or restrict access to your personal information. We may need to retain it for legally permitted purposes and this will be explained to you if necessary.
