Our team brings together a diverse mix of educators, innovators, and entrepreneurs who share a common passion: helping young people discover what's possible. With decades of experience across learning, workforce development, and technology, we understand both where the world is today and where it's headed. We are united by a belief that every child deserves the tools, confidence, and guidance to explore their interests and become whoever they want to be. Together, we're creating pathways that help young people imagine their futures and take meaningful steps toward becoming whoever they aspire to be.

Matt Hyre
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Matt co-founded ImagineMyFuture to turn curiosity into opportunity, helping the next generation connect what they love today with who they can become tomorrow. He has spent more than twenty years solving large, complex operational challenges across multiple industries, including in the adult learning space. Matt's career has centered on stepping into messy, undefined problems and building clear, scalable solutions that work for thousands of users. He has led global rollouts, created new eLearning frameworks from scratch, and partnered with executives to align technology, people, and process. His passion for guiding his stepson and others as they explore their interests and abilities was the cornerstone of ImagineMyFuture's founding.

Greg Swarin
Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer
Greg helped co-found ImagineMyFuture to support children's career exploration and development, including for his own two kids. He is focusing his commitment to helping others on supporting families and learners ages 6-18 as they explore careers, build real-world skills, and expand their understanding of all that they can be. Before ImagineMyFuture, Greg spent twenty years managing the operations of USAID missions overseas and domestically, leading cross-functional teams, overseeing multi-billion budgets and devising solutions to complex challenges worldwide. Greg has brought that same operating discipline, attention to detail, and drive for success to ImagineMyFuture and our EdTech platform.

Saskia Funston
Chief Communications and Marketing Officer
Saskia is a communications leader who draws on curiosity and storytelling to build common ground. She began her career in marketing and later moved into strategic communications and international development work, supporting communities around the world to navigate change, uncertainty and growth. Now back home, Saskia is helping advance ImagineMyFuture's mission of helping young people explore what is possible and expand their horizons. She is leading marketing, communications and social media operations across the company and working to expand ImagineMyFuture's ability to reach and support children, parents, and educators as they navigate career exploration and development in the 21st century.

Dr. Stefanie Kendall
Education Advisor
Dr. Stefanie Kendall has committed her career to teaching and learning. Her experience in elementary special needs and vocational high school classrooms in Maine; secondary English, Sociology, and Psychology classrooms in the Middle East; and Teacher Education tertiary courses in Michigan taught her how young people develop interests and sustain engagement. A former teacher, Stefanie advocates for meeting children at their level and developing their inherent interests. As an Advisor, she is helping ImagineMyFuture provide children with a vision and road map that nurtures their hopes and dreams. Stefanie supports the development of holistic, high quality resources for parents and teachers to engage children throughout their career exploration and development journey.

Dr. Elena Walls
Education Advisor
Dr. Elena Walls is an education researcher with a passion for translating data and information into actionable insights and strengthening research processes to ensure the accuracy and usability of findings. Following a 15-year career leading education research and evaluation at international development organizations, Elena now advises decision-makers on how to use data and information effectively. At ImagineMyFuture, Elena helps shape the company's strategic direction drawing on her extensive experience with education research worldwide. In addition to her overarching research expertise, she brings a particular focus on the role of AI and the digital transformation of education systems and labor markets.

Siena Fleischer
Education Advisor
Siena Fleischer is a results-driven youth and digital development leader with 20 years experience helping young people build skills for life, explore interests, and prepare for the future. Her expertise bridges career coaching, workforce readiness, and positive youth development, helping students connect classroom learning to real-world opportunities. At ImagineMyFuture, Siena advises on strategic direction to deliver holistic educational content through innovative technology. She supports curriculum development, pilot design, and audience engagement, while building connections with a network of education and technology leaders. Her work spans school and home learning, ensuring that learners gain practical skills, career readiness, and real pathways to success.

Caitlin Vaka
Education Specialist
Caitlin Vaka is an education specialist with more than a decade of experience leading the design and implementation of basic education programs for elementary through high school aged learners. She is passionate about creating a future where every child can realize their potential and become who they want to be. With a focus on building sustainable systems to support marginalized children, her work has brought together diverse stakeholders, including government institutions, grassroots organizations, school communities, learners and parents to expand access to and the quality of learning opportunities for all children. At ImagineMyFuture, Caitlin advances content strategy, product development, and technical guidance on elementary and adolescent engagement.

Jamie Salazar
Education Specialist
Jamie Salazar is an education and workforce development specialist with more than a decade of experience helping young people access rewarding postsecondary opportunities and build pathways to meaningful careers. She has led higher education access initiatives, youth workforce programs, and multi-stakeholder partnerships across the United States and Latin America, with a focus on expanding opportunities for first-generation and underrepresented students of all ages. Jamie contributes her expertise in career guidance, program design, and student-centered learning to ImagineMyFuture's holistic approach to career development. She supports content strategy, product development and the development of technical guidance for soft skills and youth engagement.

Michaela Sands
Education Specialist
Michaela Sands is a lifelong learner who loves working with youth and families to build learning and partnerships within and among communities. She brings nearly a decade of teaching experience working with early childhood through high school learners and athletes in Thailand, Morocco, Brazil, and the United States. Michaela loves cultivating environments where all feel valued and know that they belong, and wants to provide that support system to children across the world. At ImagineMyFuture, Michaela supports product development, content creation, and education systems development, while providing technical guidance on youth engagement, youth development, and social emotional learning.
